Quest Human Capital is supporting a highly respected and fast-growing advisory firm in Luxembourg in their search for a talented and motivated AML/CFT Senior Advisor – Fund Industry.

Our client is a dynamic company providing high-quality services to Asset & Wealth Managers and Asset Servicers, covering a wide spectrum of asset classes including vanilla, private equity, real estate and infrastructure products.

The Role

You will work on client engagements involving policy design, risk-based frameworks, due diligence, and OSINT research – contributing directly to key advisory missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the development of AML/CFT solutions tailored to each client’s environment

  • Contribute to client projects: policy drafting, risk-based approach setup, delegate due diligence

  • Conduct OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) research and ongoing client due diligence reviews

  • Draft and enhance AML/CFT policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks

  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, operational guidance

  • Conduct AML risk assessments, file reviews, and onboarding process reviews

  • Advise stakeholders across various governance structures (ManCos, AIFMs, custodians, etc.)

  • Anticipate regulatory expectations and proactively adapt recommendations

  • Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and client-focused advisory environment

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant AML/CFT or regulatory advisory role

  • Strong command of Luxembourg and EU AML/CFT regulations (e.g. CSSF, AED, EU directives)

  • In-depth understanding of the fund industry ecosystem and its key actors

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, finance, economics or a related field

  • Excellent command of English (French or German is a strong asset)

  • Valid work permit for Luxembourg

  • Passion for client service, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
