Quest Human Capital is supporting a highly respected and fast-growing advisory firm in Luxembourg in their search for a talented and motivated AML/CTF Consultant.
Our client is a dynamic company providing high-quality services to Asset & Wealth Managers and Asset Servicers, covering a wide spectrum of asset classes including vanilla, private equity, real estate and infrastructure products.
The Role

You will work on client engagements involving policy design, risk-based frameworks, due diligence, and OSINT research – contributing directly to key advisory missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the development of AML/CTF solutions for clients
- Contribute to client projects: policy drafting, risk-based approach setup, delegate due diligence
- Conduct OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) research
- Assist with ongoing client due diligence reviews
- Stay curious, challenge the status quo, and grow within a high-performing team
Must-Have Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant academic background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Passion for client service and a strong learning mindset
- Excellent command of English (French or German is a strong asset)
- Solid understanding of AML/CTF frameworks – with training provided where needed
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
- Creativity, autonomy and team spirit
Nice-to-Have
- Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, OSINT
- Familiarity with KYC tools (e.g. Fenergo, Refinitiv World-Check, Actimize…)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Additional languages
- Exposure to Investment Fund or Private Banking environments
- Strong analytical skills
