About the Role

We are supporting an international organisation in the search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer who will act as a strategic partner to the business. This role goes beyond operational recruiting: it requires someone who can advise, challenge, and guide hiring managers, bringing market insight and strong judgement to every stage of the hiring process.

You will be trusted to influence decisions, shape hiring strategies, and represent the Talent function with authority and credibility.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique

  • A Seat at the Table: You’ll be expected to advise—not just execute. Your expertise will actively shape decisions and talent strategies.

  • Continuous Growth: Access to high-level training, development opportunities, and clear career progression.

  • Forward-Looking Environment: Exposure to innovative projects, modern tools, and a culture open to new ideas.

  • Flexibility & Inclusion: A supportive culture where flexibility is encouraged and your contribution is genuinely valued.

  • Purpose & Wellbeing: Engagement in community, sustainability and well-being initiatives that enrich the employee experience.

Your Impact

  • Drive and own the end-to-end recruitment process for key business areas, providing expert guidance at each stage.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to clarify needs, define success profiles, and influence hiring decisions with market-driven recommendations.

  • Build sourcing strategies that go beyond the obvious: multi-channel outreach, nurturing pipelines, and proactive market mapping.

  • Serve as a credible advisor, challenging assumptions when needed and ensuring hiring managers adopt best-in-class recruitment practices.

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience through structured evaluation, regular communication, and thoughtful feedback.

  • Analyse recruitment data and convert insights into strategic improvements for both processes and stakeholder decision-making.

  • Coach interviewers on competency-based and unbiased interviewing; help elevate hiring capabilities across the organisation.

  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives such as process optimisation, technology improvements, and employer branding activities.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance within the ATS and maintain high standards of data governance.

  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of shared learning and professional excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs and People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term talent success.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar fields (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within dynamic or complex environments.

  • Confidence and credibility when advising leaders; able to challenge requests constructively and influence outcomes.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, grounded in integrity and professionalism.

  • Experience engaging with senior and passive candidates, and handling niche or high-stakes roles.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating autonomously.

  • Data-driven approach with the ability to turn metrics into meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft 365.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
