As a key member of this diverse group of multi-talented experts, you will have exposure to a wide range of assets including private equity, real estate, and listed securities, overseeing the entire liquidation process from initiation to the release of assets. Your Role:
- Manage entities in liquidation, primarily investment funds, handling day-to-day operations such as payment approvals, liquidation advances, portfolio sales, AML checks, cash reconciliation, and termination agreements.
- Coordinate all aspects of the liquidation process, including accounting, tax, strategy, valuation, and legal considerations.
- Oversee the preparation of liquidation procedures, accounts, and liquidator’s reports.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and participating in key proposals and presentations.
- Develop and deliver training programs, mentoring and coaching team members to reach their highest potential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience in an advisory firm or financial institution, with candidates having over 7 years eligible for a Senior Manager position.
- Demonstrates proven expertise in accounting and liquidation processes.
- Exhibits strong time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Is self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adept at building relationships with senior management within a team-oriented environment.
- Skilled in communicating complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French or German considered a plus.
