Your Role:
- Conduct independent valuations for various business scenarios, including mergers, acquisitions, and financial reporting.
- Develop and review financial models, assessing underlying assumptions and data.
- Lead the operational delivery of valuation and modeling engagements, acting as the primary contact for both clients and the internal team.
- Create presentations, reports, and marketing materials for ongoing and prospective engagements.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and presentations.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in valuation models and techniques.
- Support practice growth, including developing and delivering training programs.
- Mentor and coach team members to reach their full potential.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- A minimum of 5 years of valuation experience in a professional services firm, accounting firm, or bank (7+ years for Senior Manager consideration).
- Strong expertise in company valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and communicate complex topics to varied audiences.
- Self-motivated, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French or German is a plus.
