Your Role:

  • Lead both local and cross-border financial advisory engagements, including financial due diligence and deal advisory projects.
  • Manage buy-side and sell-side transactions across diverse industries.
  • Assess deal feasibility and provide clear, actionable strategic and financial recommendations.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of engagement deliverables, such as due diligence reports, financial models, and investment memoranda, ensuring top-notch quality control and technical accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and the team, overseeing project preparation and execution.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and marketing materials for ongoing and prospective engagements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to key proposals and presentations.

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of corporate finance experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity (7+ years for Senior Manager consideration).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating teams, clients, and partners.
  • Working knowledge of company valuation methodologies and experience in developing flexible forecasting and scenario models.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and communicate complex topics effectively to varied audiences.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French or German is a plus.
