We are looking for an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Advisory professional for a dynamic and fast-growing firm in the Asset & Wealth Management sector. Our client supports funds and investment firms in addressing complex regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges across asset classes including traditional funds, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Regulatory Health Checks & Impact Assessments: Lead or oversee assessments of current and upcoming regulations (UCITS, AIFMD, DORA, SFDR, MiFID II, CSSF Circulars, etc.), providing practical and strategic recommendations.
- Policies, Procedures & Monitoring: Design and review tailored compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Controls & Oversight: Develop and strengthen compliance risk assessments (CRA) and compliance monitoring plans (CMP), ensuring robust oversight.
- Compliance Advisory: Deliver clear, business-oriented guidance on complex compliance topics.
- Client & Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and effective coordination with senior stakeholders.
- Leadership & Coaching: Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Business Development & Thought Leadership: Contribute to proposals and initiatives, with Senior Managers actively expanding client relationships.
About You:
- Experience: 5–7+ years in financial services or consulting, with strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory landscape (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, CSSF Circulars, EU frameworks) PLEASE NOTE: this is a mandatory requirement.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Business.
- Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills; ability to translate complex regulations into actionable strategies.
- Leadership: Experience leading teams and managing client relationships; Senior Managers must demonstrate the ability to handle senior stakeholders and drive business growth.
- Languages: Fluent English; French and/or German highly valued. Other European languages are a plus.
- Mindset: Proactive, autonomous, entrepreneurial, and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools and openness to digital/AI solutions.
